I am located in Mid-Town Key West in the Heart of White Street, near lots of restaurants, art galleries, and other wellness  minded businesses. There is on site parking behind the building (access from Duncan Street), free street parking in the front & there are also bike racks near by. 

Keep in mind that I am appointment based only and kindly ask that you arrive for your appointment no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Have a seat and begin to relax.

How can I book an appointment?

All Services require an advance booking.

You may Call or Text 305-849-1332. If I am unable to answer, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as I am able.

Online Bookings may be made up to 60 days in advance.

Mon 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Wed 10:00 am-7:00 pm

Sat 10:00 am -5:00 pm

Sun 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

If you need an appointment that differs from the listed hours, Please Call. I will try to accommodate your request if possible (advanced notice required).

What type of payments do you accept?

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted.

Gratuity is greatly appreciated. 

What types of massages do you offer?

Every massage is customized based on your specific needs.

My style and pressure is adjusted based on the reaction of your muscles and how you are recieving the bodywork.

Many Modalities are incoorporated to accomplish that goal, Including: Myofascial Release, Trigger Point/Accupressure Therapy, Swedish Techniques, Deep Tissue Techniques, with Influences from Lomi Lomi (Rhythmic Rocking/Friction), Table Thai (Isolated Stretching), & Reiki (Energy Work).

Please provide as much information as possible regarding your goal for your session to recieve the most Mindful and Intuitive Experience.

What information does my Massage Therapist need to know prior to my service?

The more you share with your therapist the better your service can be customized for your enjoyment. It is important to let your therapist know any of the following:

What level of pressure you are looking for? Light, Medium, Firm

Are their any areas that should not be touched during your session for any reason? Common Areas are Scalp/Hair, Face, Glutes, Feet

Any Open Wounds/Contagious Skin Exposures: Cuts, Scrapes, Burns, Fresh Tattoos, Rashes, Poison Ivy, Jellyfish Sting, Fire Coral, Ringworm, etc. It is reccommended to cover these areas with a bandage and avoid massaging in that area.

Do you require any props/pillows/supports to make laying on the table either face up or face down more comfotable? 

Skin Allergies, such as, but not limited to: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Nuts, Citrus, Peppermint, Etc.

Recent or Current Injuries including Strains, Sprains, Broken Bones or Bruises, etc.

Old Injuries that limit your mobility or range of motion.

Chronic Conditions such as Frozen Shoulder, Knee Injuries, Whip Lash, Spinal Injuries/Conditions, Migranes, TMJ Disorder

Artificial Replacements: Metal Plates, Rods, Screws, Knee, Hip, or Shoulder Replacents, Pace Makers, etc.

Surgery (of any kind) or Cancer Treatment in the last year?

Do you have any conditions that require any extra physical assistance either from your service provider or a third party?

What do I remove for my massage service?

You should always undress to your comfort level. This is different for everyone. You will be modestly draped at all times.

It's also recommended that you remove any dangling jewerly such as necklaces, watches, bracelets, anklets, & large earings.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes, I do offer gift certificates. I have physical cards or digital e-card.

You may also prepay for another client within a week of a scheduled appointmnet by requesting a payment link. No giftcard is needed.

What should I do if I am sick?

Out of respect and courtesy to your service provider, If you have been sick within 5 days of your appointment, please reschedule once all of your symptoms are completely cleared up. I will be happy to reschedule you at a later date.

What is your cancellation policy?

*If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give as much notice as possible to give me the opportunity to refill your spot.

*24 Hrs. ADVANCED NOTICE is required for all reschedules/cancellations. Late Cancellations are subject to a $25 Fee.

~Any Late cancellations that wish to reschedule within one week of the original appointment, may wave the cancellation fee.

~If the rescheduled appt is also cancelled you will be charged a NON_REFUNDABLE $50 Cancellation Fee.

*If you do Not Show up for an appointment and HAVE NOT CALLED to cancel, you will automatically be charged a NON_REFUNDABLE Fee of $100.
