Tara Fowler is a Key West native & FL Licensed Massage Therapist that specializes in Myofascial Release Massage using a slow, gradual, and non-invasive approach. She has the unique ability of tuning into each client's unique wave-like breath which allows her to give a deeply relaxing experience and provides the client the freedom to feel safe letting go of tension on their own terms.
She has a wide range of studies and takes influence and techniques from her 20+ years experience working at Prana Spa in Key West and Spa Atlantis in New Orleans.
She incorporates many modalities into each session, including Myofascial Release, Thai Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Lomi Lomi, Reiki, & Swedish. She also loves doing body scrubs and wraps for silky soft skin.
